About Us

Ana Rivas Beck, a realtor and former attorney, is native to the D.C. area and attended Georgetown University Law Center and George Washington University. As a daughter of immigrants, her first purchase happened when she was 12 years old.  She assisted her parents with the translation of mortgage documents in their first home purchase. While in law school, she received hand-on experience in the conversion of apartments to condominiums and in establishing HOA and Condominium rules and regulations.

In her former career as an attorney, she was a public health advocate for children and the elderly. In 2003, she helped launch a title company in Loudoun County. There, her passion of helping others and the love of the residential real estate business evolved. She now brings nearly 20 years of experience in residential real estate law. She is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Currently she lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, George, two children and two dogs.

Melissa Schultz, realtor and international marketing and contracts specialist, hails from Buffalo, NY (go, Bills!). She graduated from Lehigh University and George Mason University. During her formative years, she helped her mother in the renovation and restoration of several family homes up and down the North and South Eastern coasts.

Her first work opportunity brought her to the DC area, where she worked with an international consulting firm that provided program development in economic sustainability throughout Africa and Asia. Through this experience, she developed a passion in the creation of urban infrastructures in rapidly growing city centers around the world.

She also lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, Doug, two children and one cute kitty.

Together, Ana and Melissa have been a team from the onset of their real estate careers. Both met on the tennis courts and immediately realized their expertise and talents could bring to real estate a dynamic partnership that knows the demographics in the DC area, the laws in the jurisdictions that surround it, an eye for design and a passion to help others live a fulfilled life through homeownership.
