Buyers
From condominiums to farms, from first time homebuyers to retirees, Ana and Melissa work with vastly diverse properties and clients. If a buyer is buying bigger, smaller, further out from the DC Metro area, they provide each buyer expertise and knowledge for each demographic area through research and data.

Sellers
Each seller is provided expert advise and assistance in pricing their property, staging it for top billing, and guidance to determine how best to make the sale of the home a cost effective and seamless transition. Ana and Melissa have worked with estate sales, fixer-uppers, downsizing and rental units. They have connected sellers with contractors and provided personal design recommendations to maximize net results for each client.

Upsizing and Downsizing
When buyers or sellers plan to upsize to a bigger home or downsize, Ana and Melissa work with clients to determine what they need to consider and evaluate before making this life changing transition. If the decision is to buy a new home, renovate a current one to meet changing living needs or assisting in reducing material possessions, Ana and Melissa tirelessly work with each client to make the new purchase or sale a seamless and pleasant experience.

Relocation
The Ana and Melissa Team has been one of the tops “go-to” agents for buyers relocating to the Washington area. They have worked with military transfers, C-level executives from national and international corporations, and individuals looking to relocate to the DC area. Each of their clients are given a primer on the different neighborhoods in the DC community to best understand the area’s demographics. It’s a one day event that introduces a buyer to the different neighborhoods and what the areas offers them.

Renters
Before many individuals buy, they rent. Ana and Melissa work with young professionals, students and families to find their rental properties in the Washington area.

Ana and Melissa’s goal is to make lifelong clients who reach out to for guidance in home buying or selling, recommendations for community service providers and sometimes to chat about a book or a sports team.
